Install xp from usb pen drive

Hi,
I have search a lot in google how to install xp by usb pen drive but there are all long method but i find a easy way to install windows xp by usb pen drive.
Requirement:
windows xp CD, pen drive 2-4 GB and WinToFlash tool
download this tool from hare http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/WinToFlash-Download-136622.html. Download it and extract on your desktop

then open folder and run WinToFlash.exe,

then click on next,

then give extract windows xp floder path

and select usb pen drive drive and press netxt,

then select "I accepted...." and continue

and select next and exit

now your pen drive is ready to install xp, again make sure your boot setting should be boot form usb drive or press F10, F12 to select boot sequence and boot form pen drive and install xp form pen drive
